Megan and Ryan’s engagement photoshoot started in Pioneer Square on a surprisingly sunny day on April 1st in downtown Seattle. On a whim, Ryan had called a favorite local haunt, fittingly named Good Bar, and the owner kindly lent them use of the bar to stage their engagement shoot.
The way these two looked at each other had me weak in the knees. When Ryan would put his hand up on Megan's face... people. I just!
Twinkle lights, a tulle skirt and a twitterpated couple... now THAT makes for a great engagement session!
I don't know guys, do you think we had enough fun at our session?? Needless to say, these two are obviously a couple of the most FUN people I know!
After some initial pre-photoshoot jitters and one stalled car, the bar staff put Flume, Lorde and Katy Perry on their sound system and Ryan and Megan got a bit more comfortable trying to spin and dip without tripping over one another
What on earth could anybody want more than a dancing engagement session?? I could almost hear the wedding bells! Gah! They'll be married in Georgetown (Seattle) and I just KNOW it's going to be nothing short of spectacular!
For the second location, everyone packed up and wandered over to King St. Station, a gorgeous train station built in 1906 and recently restored to its original art deco elegance. The couple wanted to revisit this location as they had taken the train from this station to Portland five years ago on one of their first vacations as a couple.
Pioneer Square couldn't have set us up for a more beautiful scene for these two love birds. The King Street Station had everything a photographer could want! Great lighting, beautiful architecture and a pair of her favorite people!
Ryan's dance skills were ridiculously on point. He just whipped out those moves and the rest is history...
